Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy – Henry’s Bags
1. Cancellation and Exchange
1.1 Once an order has been placed through our website, you may request a cancellation or change by contacting us via email.
1.2 Once your order has been packed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Instead, it must be returned to us in accordance with the return process described below (Section 2). If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. In that case, please wait until you receive the goods and then proceed with a return. You may still notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return, please send us your shipping confirmation.
Please note: An early refund is only possible 16 weeks after the order date if the goods have not been received.
1.3 Our system processes orders automatically and immediately after dispatch. Therefore, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process once it has started. A refund before delivery is only possible up to 24 hours after placing your order.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Our returns policy is part of these terms and conditions, which govern your access and use of our website.
2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may email us with details of the product you wish to return. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.
2.3 Return postage and handling are the responsibility of the customer.
2.4 The product must be received by us before a refund can be issued. We will carefully inspect all returned items upon arrival.
2.5 Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original labels intact. If a product is returned in an unsuitable or damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
2.6 Processing times for returns depend on your order.
2.7 If your return is approved after inspection, you will receive an email confirmation. A refund will then be issued to the original payment method. There are no additional charges for storing the returned product.
2.8 The cancellation is considered complete once we have received the returned goods.
2.9 As our goods are shipped internationally, longer transit times may occur that are outside our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until delivery and then return them. Early refunds are only possible 16 weeks after the order date if the goods have not been received.
